A down payment must be made before we begin work on your requested design service. This down payment will be 50% of the total design cost. The final 50% will be paid once you are satisfied with the final draft of the requested service. If for any reason you fail to pay the final bill within 2 weeks of service completion, your design will be withheld and your first payment will NOT be refunded. If for any reason you are unable to pay within 2 weeks of service completion and would still like your service up and running, a small fine of 8% (of original total) will be added to your final bill. After two months of failure to pay the final bill for your design, any option of re-instating your design or service will be eliminated. Refunds will not be honered except in the rare occurance that, for whatever reason, we refuse to take part in the design of your website. Once you purchase a web design package, by paying the initial down-payment, no refunds will be granted.
