Dunya, LLC strives to create work that you are completely satisfied with. That is why we have the following policy, to insure your satisfaction as a customer. Once we have completed the first draft of your website, we will ask you for any change or alteration that you would like to be made to the design, layout, or style of the website. After the first set of small alterations are made, you will be asked a second time if you are completely satisfied with the product, at which point you will once again be able to request small changes. This will be the last time you will be able to make such changes for no extra charge. If you are not completely satisfied by the second set of changes made- such issues will be written off as miss-communication and there will be nothing more that we can do. However, once your website is completed and online, you will be able to make content changes (ask for our updating prices) as well as, layout, style, and design changes for a small fee.
